Re: Immortal Bliss
The Immortal Bliss, Mother's U.S. magazine, is being restructured. The
editors would like all of us (both adults and children!) to submit
content. Areas of particular interest are:
Practical examples of Amma’s teachings or how devotees apply them
in their lives.
Involvement in Amma’s charitable activities or seva.
Unique events such as holidays, festivals or tours with Amma.
Comparative stories of Amma's teachings with those from other
sacred traditions or Saints.
Scriptural discourses on the Bhagavatam, Bible, or other sacred
texts.
Cultivation of a spiritual quality and related examples.
Practicing spirituality in daily life (at home, at work, in
service, with family, etc.).
Poetry or prose written for Amma or God.
Illustrations or other original artwork depicting Amma or God.
Children are also encouraged to submit their own stories or
artwork.
The production deadline for the next issue is October 31st.
If you have story which you would like to share, please submit it
typed, proofread and spell-checked. Save the story in a Microsoft Word
(.doc)or text (.txt) format and email it to immortalbliss@ammachi.org.
Mother has requested that stories be recent..... not ones from your
early years.......
They will need ongoing articles....so if you can't finish one by October
31, send it when you can!
If you would like to be a content collector (scout!) who, on an ongoing
basis, would solicit stories from other devotees in your region, let me
know. (karunap@oz.net)
There are so many exciting changes occuring right now. We are all being
invited to participate in many new ways. This is one of them!
