Withdraw into the safe still womb of the Now
Pull in your ever changing tentacles of concern and worry
Abandon this diffusing preoccupation with the past and the future
as they are only phantoms and shadows
in your make-believe world
Hold tightly to this present moment
as it is the ageless ancient presence
of That which you seek
This great Truth is obscured by your wandering
in fields and forests
of concepts and projections
Hold to this clear indisputable naked truth
like a child clinging to its mother's hand
in the warm grip of love and devotion
Now is the abode of your Divine Mother
and Here is the sweet ringing silence
of your eternal Father
An unspeakable power greater than all the suns
in all the galaxies in all of the universes
radiates endlessly
from the very Now in which you stand
It remains hidden from you
as though drained like water through a sieve
as you scatter your thoughts
into the dark morass of past and future
Roar like a lion and refuse this empty fate
Discover this glorious moment that waits
eternally
for you to awaken
Guided by the unfailing hand of your Divine Mother
sit and stare intently at the mystery of this present moment
and the veil will vanish like mist in the morning sun
Peace and Love will arise as the wings of the great Phoenix
to carry you from that frightening land
of confusion, fear, and dark self deception
Few have ever seen the Now!
Only the childlike and the innocent
have ever danced freely in the current of Now
unfettered by the likes and dislikes
that wrinkle and distort this clear immutable Truth
Renounce individuality!
Abandon the intoxication of self-importance
that makes you wander blindly in the darkness of duality
pitifully drunk and stinking
with the aroma of selfishness
Understand clearly that your sense of separation is an illusion!
The "i" that you are guarding in your steely hard vault of fear
is only a thought
and has no particular existence of its own
Utterly created by you, this "i" can be removed by you
Then merge in the ocean of existence, awareness and bliss
and claim your immortal birthright
to the all-pervading Oneness
This is not dying
You are dead now but cannot see it
How can the dead see?
Abandon your separateness and be born into everlasting Love -
In the ancient and ageless presence of the immortal Now
