You are empty space and beginingless time

 

You have corralled the shadows of my imagination

    where rampant and undecided thoughts once roamed

      feeding on the thorns and thistles of desire

 

I am captivated and subdued

    by your endless stream of compassion

    that flows from your all-seeing eye of limitless light

 

You are the only witness to this birth

    and you will be the pure shining path

    when death strips this mortal frame

 

We are love, you and I

    burning with the fury of life's immortal being
